The health and safety of our customers, staff, family and friends is of the utmost importance. With recent news regarding the outbreak of COVID-19, we want to share the actions that our dealership community is taking not only to protect customers and our team members, but also to make your vehicle shopping or servicing experience as safe as possible during this time.
WHAT WE'RE DOING AT OUR DEALERSHIP
All guest vehicles coming in for service are outfitted with steering wheel covers and seat protectors prior to maintenance or repair work. Door handles and shifter knobs will be wiped down after servicing. In addition, we have introduced enhanced cleaning protocols inside the dealership, including regular sanitizing of all high traffic areas and touch points in our stores. The etiquette of shaking hands upon meeting guests has also been suspended, and associates have been instructed to stay home if they have any symptoms or have travelled recently.
